Our Teachers and Volunteers
Our excellent team of teachers at the Ukrainian School features 16 professionals with educational background back in Ukraine. They work with children ages 4 to 14 across a range of disciplines, from Ukrainian language to maths, and arts.
We are very lucky to have a large team of volunteers supporting the Hub and the Ukrainian School. We are very grateful to everyone for their time and effort and are always happy to welcome new volunteers.
If you have spare time and some skills you would like to share please get in touch at ukraineaberdeen@gmail.com. Wether you are good at crafts, chess, CV-writing, or would like to help someone practice their English, we are confident we will find something for you.
We have partnered with local organisations to ensure safety for our students and teachers. St. Andrew's First Aid provided First Aid training to all teachers and volunteers. Disclosure Scotland Services in Aberdeen assisted with obtaining PVG Certificates for everyone working with children and vulnerable adults.
